form not working...

    I sent 4 ID's and meter readings. Let me know....

     

    There are 4 copier ID on this form . Only one came through.  I did delete an email from the form. That usually messes everything up.  Right?

    Could you please let us know what is not working?, I just tested if the form submits fine from the link provided, and it did:

    I inspected your form, and I do not see any conditional logic setup, or calculations on your form. Could you please provide us more details of the issue you are having in the form? We will be glad to assist you.

    New response receivedI deleted the email and entered it again and now it seems to be ok. Thanks
