Save and continue later: Let multiple users from different locations/computer to fill out the same form.

Hello! Is it possible to have multiple users fill out the same form from different locations/computers? I work with the court systems, and we need a form that the various attorneys can all collaborate on asynchronously.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it is possible to fill out the same form from different locations/computers but they will have different submission data. If you are trying to have multiple users to fill out the same form and generate one submission data, I would suggest to enable the save and continue later feature. In that way, the second user can continue the work of the first user. They just need to share/give the shareable link when they saved they work.

I can walk you through setting that up:
1. From your form builder, go to your form settings.
2. Click on show more options.
3. Scroll down and enable the continue forms later.
