"All states & cities" widget - missing many US cities

As I'm sure JotForm knows from the # of tickets over the years, the "All states & cities" widget is missing MANY towns and cities, even in the U.S.

Is there seriously not an accurate, reliable and routinely updated database of country/state-province-region/city available in any Jotform widget?

I would love to find out that we are wrong about this.

The All states & cities widget is the only really bad Jotform experience we've had, after a series of GREAT experiences - but this widget is really bad.

And the only reason we know it's missing data is that we just happened to spot-check a couple of towns. Otherwise, we would not have even known about the issue until our customers complained to us, and we would have looked like idiots.

As a customer, we do not wish to invest energy in locating or listing the missing cities for Jotform to add. One of the many databases which provide this info should be licensed.

While I appreciate why it makes sense to leave this deficient widget in place for legacy users, at a minimum a prominent warning should be placed that the widget IS MISSING many common towns and cities, even in the US.

That way users can make an informed choice rather than finding out the hard way that it's useless.
