Access code with hidden fields are not shown using conditions.

Hi Sir / Maam, please see my form below:

What I need is a condition, wherein if I click on Disciplinary Action, only the HR Access Code field is displayed.

When the correct HR Access Code field is inputed (in this case 8888), the fields under FOR HR USE Only section is displayed.

I have already placed the conditions but I cannot make it work.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The best way to execute this is to set irrelevant fields to Hidden by default and use conditions to show them gradually. Having both Hide and Show conditions tends to create conflicts and cause issues. Please use this approach and let us know if the issue still persists.
