Autopopulate Fields From the Excel Sheet

I am looking to create a meeting/ appointment confirmation form. I would like to upload an excel sheet with potential meeting guests and have their emails auto populate from that excel sheet. Is that possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please try using Spreadsheet to Form Widget and see if that fits your requirement? The Spreadsheet to Form widget allows you to upload your spreadsheet to your form and use the values you have on the spreadsheet to pre-populate your form. By using a unique code that is present on every row of the spreadsheet, it is possible to access that specific row that matches the unique code. The values are automatically populated on the form fields, as long as the spreadsheet column headings match the form field labels.
