    I cannot use the MyForms Page - most of the features are not accessible - showing the 'working' message

    Same problem here. I can access only a few features from the menu, but most of them are not working properly. If I click on "reports", for example, nothing is shown (only the "working" icon on the bottom right corner). Same problem if I click on the user icon on the top right corner, nothing is shown. Some icons are not shown, either (the "star" for favourite forms, for example).

    I'm on a mac, I'm using either Safari or Firefox and I've had these problems for the last week. I updated Java a few days ago, but nothing has changed. And obviously I've tried clearing the cache, too.

    We're sorry about that. It is most likely because of a DNS problem or a temporary network access problem since lot of users on the same region doesn't have any issues accessing Jotform. Please try changing your DNS Servers to Google Public DNS: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/. If you have a good internet connection, but cannot access some websites, Google DNS or a like should help you speed up your web access.

    Furthermore, I have again cleared your forms cache. I would also advise to access our preferred domain for your location which www.jotformeu.com
