Upload quicktime format files

How do enable people to upload quicktime files?  Under allow extension I put "mov".  Is there something else I need to do?  Thanks.

The quicktime format movie is having an extension of .mov. Adding this extension to allowed file extensions of upload box should suffice. I've cloned and test your form. I was able to upload mov format file successfully. Also, you may consider adding .mp4 since it is one of the widely used formats.
