How can I password protect my form which is embedded in my web site?

Asked by wpthompson74 on August 19, 2014 at 02:37 PM

    Here is the form URL:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/42297597434164

I followed the instructions presented on the following URL:

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/290633-Password-Protect-form.com

It instructed me to create a collapse form and I could not get the form to collapse and the directions in item #4 indicated that there was a "Form-Collapse" selection that did not appear in the drop down.

These instruction seemed like the answer and I would appreciate any help you can offer.

    Thanks

    Hi,

You are actually very close.  Click on the form collapse then click on the gear to bring up the options:

    Change this field to "Closed".

Then add the condition to show the rest of the form when the correct password is entered:

Here is my cloned version of your form I was testing with:

Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
