How do I change the color of the green "back and "Next" buttons to Blue Glossy?

This is what the Green button's look like.

I have tried several things "FormStyles" and changing color. and "Field Styles" but no luck. 

You should remove the custom CSS and then customize the button by clicking on the button style and choosing the disired one. I made a test and this is how it looks like (with out the other customizations, of course)

Also, please remove the highlight effect, by following the steps in the picture
