Message delivered?

    Hello

    I have sent you a message 1 hour ago. I just want to verify that it was delivered.

    Hello gori-mathew

    I have sent my question 2 times but apparently it was not delivered.

    I will be glad if you help me fix the problem that I am facing.

    My problem is that the submission emails of my form are being sent to an email address different from the one I have included in the email alert settings.

    I want the submissions to be sent to academy@origami.com.lb but they are being sent to  democlouds@gmail.com

    Hi,

    I have checked our mail log and I can confirm that mails are being sent to the email address "academy@origami.com.lb" as shown in the screenshot below:

    I have also checked our bounce list and the email"academy@origami.com.lb" is not in our list.
