I was working very nicely for 2-3 years. From this evening, but do not come in the form recharged me an email. I am having problems. Would you please check please?

It looks like the form was missing the Sender Email address, that's why the email alerts where not sent to your email address bi**i@or*****me.net
I just fixed it, please double check your spam folder to find your previous messages. Do get back to us if the problem persist.
