My forms are "disabled", however it looks like they are "enabled"

    I have tried Method 1 and 2 to enable / disable forms to no avail. 

    I have also deleted and recreated.

    Is there something broken?

    Hi Eva,

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The forms were wrongly block by the phishing filter.

    I already checked the forms and your account and noted that they are good forms.

    I have already reinstated your forms and account. You may now continue using JotForm services.
