When I click on complete incomplete payment, it gives me this error thing. What do I need to do to fix it

Hi,
If you could please let us know which payment processor you are using and if the submission does actually complete or not after the error, we will be happy to see what we can find. Also if you are using Stripe, if you are using the accept payments instantly feature or not. Let us know and we will see what we can do.
