How can I send out a form to a group?

I have just created a new form. How can I send this form out to a group of people to review, fill out, and send back to me?

Now that you have created your form, simply click on Setup&Embed, Embed Form: 

There you can do the following:

1) Copy the direct link of your form to sent it from your email address

2) Or click on the Email Icon

Then add your email address in the "From" field, in order to send the form to multiple recipients, just enter a comma and space to separate email addresses:
