I have forgotten the password to access my report

Hi,

If you own the form, you can remove or change the password by editing your form report.

Here's how:

1. While on your my forms page, select the form and click Reports button from the top menu.

2. To edit the report, click the pencil icon. See the following image.

3. You can then change or remove the password on the report configuration window. See visual guide below.
