    What format does the file have to be when using the Image option?

    Thanks for reaching Jotform. Can you explain and provide more information on what you want to create or accomplish in your form? On the link that you provided, I understand that you want to add a signature to a PDF of the Adobe Sign widget on your form. Please see screenshot below:
