Hi Jot form, Two of our forms are stuck in "Please Wait" Mode. Four of us on different computers with different IP addresses at different times of day are having the same problem with two of our Forms. (See form names and links below).
Even after creating new forms we re still experiencing the same problem. I've attached a screen shot of the page when it is locked up. Note the "Please Wait" notice on the submit button. This notice stays indefinitely. Our other forms seem to be working but for whatever reason, these two forms are not connecting to paypal. Please help. Thanks.

You stated that PayPal is not working on your forms, correct?
I tested this, but I am unable to replicate this issue since it is working on my side and I got redirected normally to paypal's payment gateway.
I think perhaps if it was happening it may have only been a temporary issue between us and paypal's servers. I would also advise that you please clear your browser caches then try this again on your end just to double-check it again now.
If you are still experiencing this problem please let us know and we will investigate it further.
Here's a screenshot below of my test results:

Jotform, I just processed the form and I got different results. I wonder if something in the html is getting confused. Notice the email addy associated with paypal (see 2nd image below). This is not our address and this is not the addy entered in our jot form payment details with either form. (See 1st image below) Any thoughts on how this could be happening?

In response to your first reply, does this mean the jotform will only work for any of our customers who have recently cleared their browser cache? Because none of our customers or our staff can successfully load the paypal payment page. Seems like there's a deeper issue.

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
There was an issue with the product names encoding today. It has been fixed by our developers, so that apostrophes and other symbols will not cause any issues anymore.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
