...but 8 hours later it still says we have a paid subscription. The button indicated a successful downgrade. How long should I expect to wait before seeing the change on our account?

I went ahead and manually cancelled your subscription and downgraded your account. If you are charged any further, please let us know and we will be happy to refund you.
