Custom integrations

I am looking for a product to send our medical ratings scales for depression and anxiety before each patient appointment. This will require integration with my Electronic Medical Record calendar; you do not have an existing integration with my EMR (DrChrono). Can you/ will you do custom integrations?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we do not have direct integration with DrChrono. You can use other third-party software to connect Jotform to your app. You can check the list of our supported third-party automation software here.

I wanted to provide you with some updates! We were able to set up that when a patient fills out a Jotform it will automatically upload directly into DrChrono (Patient Profile) into their Documents.

Unfortunately, we do not have an active integration with DrChrono yet with our forms. You can check our available integrations via this guide. Do you want to raise this as a feature request?

Many software and application providers offer custom integration Snow Rider 3D solutions to meet specific needs of their customers.

You may need to reach incredibox out to your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) provider or other third-party providers to discuss the possibility of custom integration with the product you are interested in. They may have solutions available or be able to recommend a provider that can meet your specific needs.
