Two applicants were unable to complete form.

    I've had two separate applicants get the following message when trying to complete their form:

    "We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com."

     

    However, I know my PayPal email address is correct, and also, the form has been working for the previous 50 or so applicants. 

     

    Can you help with this?

    HI i am having the same issue Please help! this is a crutial time for my business and many of my members are unable to order prodcut.

    Hi,

    Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused. We seem to have issues with the Paypal payment field and our developer are now checking to have this issue resolved. However, as of checking your form now (http://www.jotform.us/form/41984972097168), everything seems to be working properly.
