My account appears to be active, I can login and access "My Forms" and open and edit forms, yet in preview and on my website I get "This form is disabled'.
Please advise soonest.

It seems like one of your forms marked as phishing form by our automated system. I've checked your forms manually and re-activated your account.

Maybe you need to re-check your phishing algorithm since this seems to occur reasonably frequently.

With newer accounts, the system is MUCH more strict. This is to make sure that people don't just make a new version of the same phishing form. As accounts age, the check becomes a bit less strict. If you have any further trouble with your account, let us know and we will be happy to help.
