My form will not open corectly>

Plese be carefull, i dont want to lose my filled in data.

The problem appeart when i am disabled and enabled my form.

Looking at your form on your site now I can see your form is disabled so I think you disabled the form manually?

I've cleared your form cache to see if this will help so can you please try again and let us know if this is still happening?

The error you mentioned happens when you have tried to re-enable it and then you see that happen? Is that correct and may we have your permission to test this on your live form further?

In the meanwhyle i am at home and the form is working now OK after you cleared the cache.

Yesterday i disabled the form and today i want to add 1 compatiter so i leave the form disabled and clicked in jotform in my formpage on the button on the richt to save to try to fill in the form.

I think that makes this problem.

Hi,

I checked your form and the expiration date is set to 2014-08-27.  Your form was disabled yesterday as per your settings:

You will need to manually enable your form once again in the preferences section of your form builder and remove the expiration date in order for your form to function properly once again.
