Prefill Form Asignee: Remove the SignUp/Login

Hi, so I have a form that I’m having so many issues with. I run a small party equipment rental company and I’d like to be able to send my customers a prefilled waiver form that I created without having to have them sign up for Jotform. If I send them the form using publish it gets sent and they don’t have to sign up, but it won’t let me prefill. Every customer has different prefills. Then I tried assigning the form and that lets me prefill but when I send it they have to sign up with email. Please let me know if you guys provide this function or don’t provide what I need. What I would like is for the form that I created to be prefilled by me and sent to customer and not require them to sign up with email to fill out.

Thanks for your explanation. Things are much clearer now. Prefill links don't require a signup to view them.

However, if you are assigning the prefilled form to the user, it will require or need to sign up for Jotform with Jotform or need to log in. This is to ensure your form and form data in the Prefill form are only accessed by the people you want it to be accessed. Ensuring your form and form data are only accessed by the people you want to access it.

I'll forward this to our back-end team as a feature request to remove the need to log in/create an account when the invitation for a pre-filled form is sent through email. We cannot provide an ETA for this but rest assured that we'll notify you here as soon as we receive any word from them.

Currently, the option you can do is to just share the prefill URL with the users so they can access it without the need to log in.
