The problem I see with your forms is that they are lacking of the sender email or sender name. Please always make sure those fields are filled up. Please check the spam folder to find your submissions. I've fixed the forms for now, do get back to us if the problem persist

I am still unable to print my forms from the website?? every time i try and print is say preview failed and does not allow me to print

The sender name and email in the Notification should be filled in order to receive emails. I've just sent a test submission to check if the emails are working fine and I am able to see the email sent to your email.
