Cannot create folders

I create a folder. and when i refresh the page, the folder disappears. I add a form to a folder, its says it was applied, and refresh the page, and the folder disappears. Create a folder, log out, log back in, no folder. What is going on?

I was able to see this problem on your account CareTree

When I checked your My Forms page  http://www.jotform.com/myforms/  I did not find any folders.

So I did a fix folder in my end. It should have fixed the folder issue and they should be in your My Forms page.

Can you please try creating a folder again and check if the folder stick or remains and not disappear.
