Form background image is missing after saving form in Beta Version of Form Template Designer

I used the Beta version of the form design and created a great form that I would like to embed on my site. However when I embed the form it has none of the design settings applied in the design window like the background for example. Is it not working because it is not officially live yet being a Beta version. How long will it be before I can use this facility and embed?

Please disregard my reply from your previous post. I think this is what you're trying to ask. Sorry about that, I didn't notice this one.

The background image URL is actually there. However, there's something wrong with the image URL; not found error: http://www.jotform.com/uploads/Quirky2014/form_files/Baby%20&%20Toddler%20Boutique-9.jpg. If possible, try to upload an image with a single word on file name. No spaces, no special character, just plain one word.

Please try that and update us here for the result.
