    Trying to link Jotform to Google contacts using Zapier, I had to connect jotform into Zapier. Zapier gives me the following message:

    Unable to load choices

    We're having trouble loading 'Form' data. Your account is in EU Safe mode. Please use "eu-api.jotform.com" endpoint to get your results.

    Can you please advise? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Arie,

    You probably did not select the European Datacenters option when connecting your Jotform account with Zapier. Please remove the Jotform account you've currently connected to Zapier by clicking on disconnect here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

    Next, reconnect your Jotform account but when prompted with the auth pop up, please select 'Yes' to the question "Do you use European Datacenters". Once this is done, please try looking for forms in your Trigger again to see if it works this time.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
