Cancellation didn't work

    I put in a cancellation last week and it didn't change my account status.  Please cancel my account and reverse the billing for this month.

    Actually it was a downgrade to a free account.

    Also, I found an email in my junk folder stating that my account had been upgraded at 7:28AM today.  I didn't initiate this change.

    Hi,

    I believe your issue was already addressed via email.  You account has been downgraded back to "Free" and your most recent payment refunded.  If you have any further questions please let us know and we will be happy to help.
