Form Edits not being save

I am trying to edit my form and edit it and save it but when I preview it or link it to my website it doesn't have the new edits

I checked both of the URLs used by the form 

#1  http://www.jotform.ca/hansbr/Bryce_Hansens_Referral_Program

#2  http://www.jotform.ca/form/41246318273250

but the form looks similar so far. So, I think the form we are seeing is the latest version(saved) of the form.

Can you confirm that the exact problem you are having is you cannot save changes on the form in the form builder?
