Why am I unable to downgrade my subscription to the free version?

    Since you were having trouble canceling your subscription, I went ahead and did it for you.  You will retain your subscription benefits until the end of this paid period at which point your account with automatically downgrade back to "Free".  Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
