questions order forms

i am looking to create or use an existing order for allows my customers and sales team to put orders in but also to remember their history of orders. is this possible? i am guessing in order to achieve this there must be some sore of login so the system can recognize the user once logged in. does jot form offer anything like this? also opened to other solutions. regards, dominic

With our subscription based account you can share forms with sub-users:

This will allow for one main account to control the forms and access to them, but allow for multiple users to have access to different forms with different levels of permissions.
