I do not understand why I got another request for payment?

    Hello Lucja,

    I did check your account and found that you have one other subscription #INT140727-4803-72249S which is not yet cancelled but you upgraded your account again. 

    I have cancelled your old subscription and you will not get any such email again. Now you only have one subscription with #INT140904-9614-66481S which is good until October 03, 2014.
