Why has my form reverted to an older version!?

    My form has randomly reverted to an older version! Why? This needs to fixed ASAP - this form is actively being used.

    There seems to be some modifications on your form on "fri,5 Sep 14":

    The form will not revert itself, unless someone with access to the account logs in, and uses the revision history to revert it to an old version.

    Could you let us know what is different and missing now? When did you noticed it reverted? I will clear your forms cache, also I would recommend you to log out, clear your browser's cache and log back in. Let us know what happens.

     In the log it states about 20 revisions made on Friday - except I did not make those changes. It made the form look exactly like an earlier saved version. I have since found the correct version of this form in the history and reverted to that version.

     

    This is not the first time this has happened with us and JotForm. I would sincerely appreciate more thorough explanation of why this happens and how it can be resolved or prevented going forward.

    Hi,

    I checked your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42245437474962 and I have noted the following updates on Friday on the form.

    You can check the List of Changes  done on the form on the Right panel for the 20 updates(on the left panel). 

    The bulk of the changes was referring to the Textboxes field when the form was auto updating the Notification Email of the form. Please understand that since the form is auto saving, it was also updating the email notifier.

    Can you please described to us what was actually changed on the form before your reverted to the previous version?

    The form have only a few field, we will be able to manually trace the difference between the current version and the version you claimed it had reverted to.

    Please compare the current version of the form with the 5th September version to see all the differences.

    Hello ethicalfashionforum,

    I did check the changes between current versions and of Sep 05, 2014. It seems to display 22 modifications related to form fields and 4 related to form properties.

    Is current version of your form working as expected?
