No question--just praise!

I just want to let you know that you do a phenomenal job with the Support Forum. I have had many questions answered (sometimes I had to change my search, but rarely) with full explanatory detail for making the fix in question. I don't think I have ever used software where the support was this good. The more I use JotForm, the more powerful it appears to be, but it is so simple to use on the surface!

I agree. Sometimes I just asked a question and some JotForm developers already wrote the code in the answer. This is really impressive and I have never seen this kind of support anywhere else, even not if I am premium customer.
