Incomplete submissions, PayPal

    we are having a communication problem many registrants who registered on pay pal and got confirmation are not coming up on jot form . the last person we have registered is coming up from sept 4th . we contacted paypal and everything on their end is fine . we need this matter resolved immediately please contact mike at 609-558-9091

    Hi,

    I checked your form and it appears that there are quite a few incomplete payments.  These submissions do not fully go through until you complete them.  This means that users are submitting your form but then not completing the payment right away or at all.  When in the submission view for your form, check at the top and you will see 50 incomplete payments:

    Clicking that icon will allow you to complete those submissions which will send the associated notifications.
