Hello,
I just opened a free account and created 3 contact forms for my website (one in english, one in french and one in italian). After adding the form to my website I tested them and all of them got me the following message once I hit the submit button:
Form DisabledThis form has been disabledAfter searching the internet for other users experiencing similar issues I found out that this might be caused by a overly sensible antiphishing filter. I agree with strict policies regarding phishing but my forms are very standard and didn't include any word that could even imply that phishing is taking place.
As I am using these forms as the sole way for the visitors of my website to comunicate with me I am a bit worried about this issue. Not only I hope it get resolved very soon but I'd like to be sure that it won't happen again. Should this happen again in such a random fashion I could even not notice it and loose potential new clients for days or months. Infact, I'd like to suggest that you send an email notification to those users whose accounts are suspended.
To check the 3 forms here are the addresses:

http://www.giovannirotondo.it/it/contact.html
http://www.giovannirotondo.it/fr/contact.html
P.S. a few minutes ago I sent already a question but I mistakenly set it to private and it wasn't as descriptive as this one.
Please help me out as soon as possible. Thanks

Hi,
Our automatic phishing detector was set off by this form:

Due to your account being new, our system is much more harsh on what it takes as being phishing. In this case, only collecting a name and an email address in your form was taken as being phishing. When I personally checked your forms, they do appear to be withing our terms of use though.
I went ahead and reactivated your account. You should be able to use your forms and account as normal once again.
Let us know if there is any further we can help you with and we will be happy to do so.

Everything appears to be working now, thanks.
Is there any chance I can get notified if one of my forms should trigger the automatic phishing detector again?
Thanks

Unfortunately there is no notification when this happens. However it should not happen again with any of your current forms. Once your account is a bit older, the system will be a lot more lenient on it too. If you have any further trouble though, just let us know and we will be happy to take care of it.
