When our coaches press "submit," the form fails to submit and only provide "please wait" on the submit button. The form was working fine yesterday so we're not certain what the problem is.
Additionally, we've cloned the form and removed/changed some fields in the hope that it will fix the issue. It has not worked. We have cleared our cache and attempted to submit the form using both IE and Chrome.

I've cloned the form and sent a test submission. I was able to submit the form successfully without any issues.
Since we have a few upload boxes in the form. it takes a while to upload the files. During this upload, the submit button changes to Please wait. Once the upload is completed, the form shall be redirected to Thank you page. I hope you have cleared the browser cache by following the steps from http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache. I have cleared the form cache from my end.
I believe that you are submitting the form using JotForm direct URL and not embedded on the website. Could you try submitting the form again with different attachments and see if that makes a difference? Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We are happy to look into this issue further.

Thanks! Yes, I tinkered with the form a bit more after I submitted the question. I realized it was the smooth signature widget that was giving me problems. I swapped it with the other signature widget and it seems to work fine now.
