How to change the subject name in email?

I renamed a template I just used that I found on Jot that would fit my purpose, and sent a sample to myself. The title in the email says PS of NYC...NOT the form name I updated to. How to I update that??

You have to change the name in your notification alert.

1. Click on Email Alerts and choose notification

2. Change the name of the subject so when you receive an email the name will be change to whichever title you like.
