I am using the Jotform to take Product Option Orders, I am receiving the emails with a copy of the form just fine, but I want to know, how do we get the JotForm to get sent to the customer too automatically so they know it was successfully send and can see all the options they chose?

What you need is to set up an autoresponder so everytime your user fills the form when they include their email in their submissions then automatically they will receive an email as well.

Make sure to make the field 'Required' so that user will have to include their email.
