I would like to add a email line to the form so when the form is sent to my email when we hit "submit", the same filled out form also goes to the email address filled out in the form.

    Is this possible?

I can add a email box line at the bottom of the form if needed.

    Here is the current form...

    Hello HippoDaddy,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to send submission email to the email address which is filled out in the form field. Is that correct?

There are two possible way to achieve your requirement:

    1. You can add a form auto-responder in your JotForm. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder Please check the screenshot below on how to use the form responder to send submission email to the form field:

    2. If you want to send the same submission email to you and the email address of form field as well, you need to simply find the field name of the email field and add it in the recipient email address of your existing email alert. The following guide should help you find the field name: https://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
