How can i create both one time payment and subscription details in one JotForm?

Hello, I have 2 forms to go live http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42572283647966 ( one time payment) http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42573438684970( monthly payment) Both of these are for same service, can i have an option to integrated both in one form Cheers

Unfortunately it is not possible with JotForm to have two different types of payments triggered at the same time.  That is to say, if you would like to have the subscription and the one time payment both processed with one submission, this cannot be done.  If you would like to have the option for either one, that is possible by embedding both forms into one form.  Here is a discussion on how to do so:

However only the payment method selected with work, they will not be charged a one time payment as well as being signed up for the subscription.
