This is what I get on the auto responder...

    Services [[" ","#","A","B"],[" ",1,"Service Description","Cost"],[" ",2,"Description line 1 test","250.00"],[" ",3,"Line description test 2","18.25"],[" ",4,"",""],[" ",5,"",""],[" ",6,"",""],[" ",7,"",""],[" ",8,"",""],[" ",9,"",""],[" ",10,"Total",268.25]]

Any way to clean this up so it just shows the line and the amount?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Can you please let us know if that is exactly what you get in the email (it looks like a plain text)?

When I have submitted the form cloned from your form it sent me an email with values nicely presented.

I understand that you have asked if you could hide the empty fields, but as you can see the layout above is quite nicer to follow than the text only version, so if you are getting the response in a plain text format do let us know to see how we can fix that for you.

I believe that you can remove your JotForm autoresponder and create a new one and leave it on default. It should then show you a nice looking submission.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
