I upgraded my account weeks ago and you keep sending me emails that I have gone over my quota. Please let me know what I need to do.

It appears that you've made the payment to an unknown account. This will usually happen when you process the payment while not connected using your registered account. I've fixed it to our end. You should be all set now.
