Need to update payment info but login to bluesnap is incorrect

    we received an email from bluesnap saying that our monthly subscription payments for JotForm aren't being made (probably because of an expired cc). Ref # 58663108 Acct. #36090718


    I tried logging into the web address that they provided but the jotforms password that I have prompted a pop-up that my login info was incorrect.

    You can use the link below to view your order information and just provide the email that was used when you made a payment. Once you were able to see your order info you will have there an option to reset your password. 

    Let us know if you are still having difficulty changing your payment information.
