Hi i was about to upgrade as i need planty of submissions from my site but all my forms are disabled. is this because i need to upgrade or another problem because i cannot have problems once i upgrade and add them to my site???
Please reply asap because I need to upgrade and embed the forms asap.

Thank you for your interest in using our services. I see that two of your forms
containing fields with login ID and password which was caught by our anti-phishing system. I've removed these fields from the forms and activated your account.
Creating forms with login ID, passwords and accepting sensitive information including credit card information directly from the form fields are not acceptable and it is against to our terms of usage.
Please be noted that it may lead to suspension of account again if such fields are used in the forms.
