I need my account restored back to PROFESSIONAL. I never wanted my account to be in Free Status.

    Can you please help me? I need my account restored back to PROFESSIONAL. I never wanted my account to be in Free Status UNTIL 10/1/2014. Please restore my account as we are PAID CUSTOMERS. I need to ass sub-users in order to have them use these forms and submit data. This is VERY VERY IMPORTANT. The charges for PROFESSIONAL were paid by Vicki Scheffer for a period of a year. Please restore my account

    Yes, there was a purchase made by Vicky, back in May/2013 , a yearly professional plan was made on behalf of  tcmccue

     I did switch the subscriptions as per your request (see history of interactions with your below)

     I put tcmccue on free status :

     while switching your account nmserra to professional status as requested.

     However, since this was a yearly professional plan, it expired back in May/2014

    That is the reason why nmserra was put back to free since Aug 19/2014, as we do not register any new payment.

    To solve the problem, simply re-upgrade your account. Make sure you have made a fresh login into  nmserra, then go to Pricing page and purchase a new yearly subscription.

     Hello Natasha I found an Order reference which belongs to a purchase for acount username tcmccue, so probably there is a confusion on which account was upgraded. Such account shows a Professional status. We could move the forms made in other accounts to this one upon confirmation. The account is linked to vicki.scheffer@dot.state.fl.us
