I would like the paragraph text in the form to be included automatically and to be updated when it changes.
Is there a way to include all the text on the form in the email that goes out to people?
    Thank you!

    Hello Peter,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please be noted that by default, the content of the Text fields will not be added or may not be updated automatically to your email template. If you need to display them in submission emails, you will have to add the content manually in the submission email template.

    • In the navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Hover your mouse over the Email Notification/Autoresponder template and choose Edit (pencil icon).
    • Go to the Email Content.
    • Insert rows and manually add the text.
    • Click on Save.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
