Automatically pass Multiple Choice values to a differen form using URL parameters

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To pass values from Multiple Choice fields using URL parameters, you will need the unique name of the two relevant fields from both forms. You can find these using the Field Populator or in the Advanced tab in the field properties.

Starting with the form you want to draw information from, you would set the URL as follows: https://www.jotform.com/build/222434375630957?test2={test1}

This forwards the selected multiple options to the second form when you redirect users from the Thank You Page.
