I cant drag and drop...

    Im using chrome with a new laptop, cache and cookies cleared. Still cant drag and drop. 

    It only highlights the text when I drag. Please help.

    As far as I understand, you are having issues with managing form fields through the JotForm builder.

    There is a chance that the issue is related to the Content Delivery Network service provider that we use. To bypass the CDN, try to access the site using the next link:
