Intermittent results on webform

Having some challenges with our current webform with intermittent calculations.  Many submissions are coming through without totals, and then some do.  Can you advise what might be happening here?

It would be best to review the submissions from the form.  A subtotal, tax and a grand total should be calculated and displayed on every form.  But it's happening for some and not others, and we can't find a common denominator that is causing why some do, and some don't.

I have checked your jotform and the calculations seem to be calculated properly each time.  I will need to take a closer look in your jotform to find what might be the reason why this happens.

I will update you here if I am able to find anything that would cause this.
